3 Steps to Open Yourself to Infinite Possibilities

“Thanks to impermanence, everything is possible.”
                                                                                    ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

Spring has finally sprung and invites us to open ourselves up to new possibilities and come forth in new light.

Wild spring flowers are setting a good example. They open their delicate blossoms full of trust that they will receive the perfect amount of sun and rain to nourish them.

“Unleash your creative energy and let it flow. Relish the possibilities.”
                                                                                                        ~ Nita Leland

Let the sunshine-y season of spring inspire you to open your blossom to new possibilities. Now is the time to appreciate the change in the seeds of intention that you planted many months ago. As you check in with your intentions you will be able to see whether they have come to sprout, blossom and grow or whether they have withered.

This step of observing your intentions, dreams and wishes may cause anxiety. You may be afraid that what you wish for in your life will turn out to disappoint you, not come true, will be too much or too big to ask for. Your “mind chatter” may be telling you that you are not good enough, young or smart enough to intend for something so amazing. Remind yourself to come back to the present moment and become aware that the “mind chatter” is not you. Know that you are bigger than those thoughts and that you can achieve what you set your mind and heart to.

“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.”
                                                                                                        ~ Paulo Coelho

Remember that fear only holds us back, mostly because we are afraid of change. Yet change is necessary for us to grow and open ourselves up to new possibilities and to make our dreams come true. Know that you are not alone and that change makes most people nervous. To stay in our comfort zone gives us the feeling of being in control. Change may feel like we have lost control and makes us realize that there is nothing that we have control over. Life is ever changing and everything is impermanent. So embrace the present moment, appreciate it with all your senses, listen to your intuition and be in the flow of life and magic.

“Our thoughts and imagination are the only real limits to our possibilities.”
                                                                                                    ~ Orison Swett Marden

Here are 3 steps to support you along the way:

1. Find a person who believes in you and is happy to support you to fulfill your dreams. Share your intentions with that person, allow them to cheer you up along the way and co-create with you.

2. Focus on all the good things in your life and what you have achieved instead of what is holding you back, fear or mistakes. Be kind and compassionate towards yourself. Treat yourself like you would treat your best friend.

3. Focus on gratitude, appreciation and abundance and more gratitude, appreciation and abundance will be drawn to you.
