What is the best yoga teacher training video? I don’t mind paying
small fee.
Well, that’s a very subjective inquiry… 🙂 It all depends on the style of yoga you practice or are interested in. These days there are so many. What I recommend is to find an online studio: yogaglo or My Yoga Online. It is inexpensive & you can filter classes from beginner to advanced, as well as take workshops– on your schedule. Many yogis I know use these resources and have great feedback. If you are interested in teacher training, a video will be a great supplement, but not to replace the hands on learning you will receive through being immersed in a program with other students and teachers. Check out the ‘teacher training’ tab on this website to see what programs are running. There are more than this, but this will get your feet wet.
