Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga Master Class is a well rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living. The class is intended to invigorate your body and help you practice developing a calm, less reactive state of mind with dynamic flowing routines. In a Power Yoga workshop, you are encouraged to focus on the process and not the end result. This allows ALL levels of yoga practitioners to enjoy and benefit from the workshop.
A Power Yoga Master Class typically includes:
One hour lecture about basic philosophy and fundamentals
Two hour physical practice incorporating principles from the lecture
Friday, February 26, 2016, 6-8pm (known to run longer)
Orientation/Power Yoga class:
This class is part lecture, part asana practice. Bryan starts by explaining the objective of Power Yoga, as well as the principles of the practice. We encourage students to attend this class because it is the foundation of the entire weekend.
Saturday, February 27, 2016, 9:30am-12pm (known to run longer)
Power Yoga class:
A well rounded flowing asana practice integrating mental practices that enhance everyday living.
Saturday, February 27, 2016, 2-4pm (known to run longer)
Long, Slow and Deep stretch class:
A series of deep stretches that open the body, while challenging the mind. Created as a complement to the flowing class.
Sunday, February 28, 2016, 9:30am-Noon (known to run longer)
Full-on Power Yoga class : An integration of everything covered over the weekend.
Early Bird Workshop Until January 2, 2016 (11:59pm):
$75 for individual sessions
$275 for the full weekend.
Workshop Fees After January 2, 2016
$90 for individual sessions

-Workshops are open to students of all levels.
-You may register for individual sessions, but a full weekend workshop attendance is strongly recommended.

-If registered for the full weekend, arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time to check in separate from individual
-Please bring a yoga mat, towel, filled & reusable water bottle, and any props you may need for your practice.
-We encourage you to carpool, bike, or walk to the venue.
**Please bring a copy of your workshop receipt & a photo ID that matches the purchaser name with you when you check in.
